Intelligent Vision Test (IVT) is a wall-mounted medical device that achieves the precision and convenience of vision testing with automation and sensing systems, simplifying the cumbersome mode-switching and calculation process. IVT automatically detects the testee’s position and gesture to suggest suitable lens options based on the test data. The AI system detects the angle of the trial lens and degree to calculate lens thickness and the optimal lens and frame configuration. When inserting the trial lens, IVT will guide the rotation angle and the testee can adjust it by looking at the screen. Through fitting suggestions and voice interactions, the testee will be offered the best options for lenses. The screen is designed to be lifted and stretched in order to accommodate the measurements of adults and children at the same time. The screen’s electronic paper is non-reflective, which improves test quality. It can also save power and improve the standby time significantly. The testee is guaranteed a pleasant test experience because there is no blue light. The predominantly white design reduces the overall test interference. The goal of IVT is to reduce the workload of medical staff and make the test smoother and more convenient.
