Hey! Jen Ju

Linbian, in Taiwan’s Pingtung region, is known for its Fuhua Rosa black pearl wax apples. However, the industry is in decline as local farmers face more and more challenges that include unpredictable weather, difficult planting process and the lack of a developed supply chain to sell their produce. To revitalise the industry and provide a secondary source of income for farmers, Hey! Jen Ju was developed to showcase Linbian’s wax apples in the form of dried fruit. An end-to-end supply chain has been designed to facilitate the process.
