As part of the Festival of Lights, the visual display for the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin communicated the themes of “communal living” and “Berlin’s architectural history” in an entertaining presentation. Taking into account the particular challenges posed by the location and the expectations of visitors, a film collage was created that traces architectural styles in three stages: from pre-World War II building design through pre-fabricated housing to today’s contemporary mix of styles.
