This football player’s kit configurator was developed to provide a software solution powerful enough to enable players and coaches to become designers, yet light enough to run from niketeamfootball.com. In a simplified customer-facing experience and using precise 3D models based on scanned fabrics, it allows flexible customisation in terms of model choice, colour configuration and material selection. Users, from local kids’ teams to professional football clubs, can thus design their own outfit, and the results can be shared with team members before a retailer is approached.
