Each box of the Advent Calendar 2021 for the Brooklyn Soap Company contains a skincare item from one of their product lines, ranging from essential grooming products, beard care and shaving to delicate fragrances. All products are based on natural ingredients. The hand-illustrated motifs are inspired by the Christmas season in New York, where the three founders had the idea of starting their business. Each of the illustrations is painted and coloured by hand in a neo-traditional tattoo style by a tattoo artist. The typographic elements pay tribute to billboards and sign paintings from New York of the 1950s.
