This series of posters and marketing materials illustrates the balance in nature achieved by the harmonious coexistence of all living beings. Landscapes created by geometrically overlapping and complementary shapes are just as much part of the “Balance of Nature” project as the representation of twelve kinds of animal. These stand alone as single abstract motifs but are also part of the mythology of the Chinese dragon, a creature said to be in charge of the balance of nature. With its magical combination of animal features from horns, to a snake body and talons, it is considered to be the leader of all creatures.
