Alles könnte anders sein
“Alles könnte anders sein” (Everything could be different), the 2020 / 2021 season motto of Theater Bielefeld is ambiguous. It can inspire us to reflect on the extraordinary nature of our present age, to imagine our future in both dark and light colours, or to look back at the past. On the poster for the new season, the motto is shown on a spiral with sweeping handwriting on both sides. The focus shifts from one word or part of a sentence to another, opening up new perspectives and allowing for different interpretations. The shimmering colourful background creates an atmospheric contrast to the black-and-white inscription.
