By means of an innovative forging technology, in this knife series handle and blade are attached in a special X-form. The lines extend to the blade and are accentuated by the bolster and handle. The X-shaped transition between handle and blade leads intuitively to the right handling of the knife and optimal blade guiding. A newly developed transparent ceramic coating gives the blade even more robustness.
