VDSL Terminal

This gateway device employs a VDSL communication technology that can directly utilise the existing telephone network, which is simpler to install, less expensive and more efficient than other transmission technologies. Traditional gateway products are less humanised in human-computer interaction – too many indicators and symbols can be confusing. To optimise the user experience, this VDSL Terminal has removed most indicators and adopted an exclusively designed reflective soft light interaction system. This reduces both light pollution and the difficulty of interaction for a simple and intuitive interface. A vertical design with built-in antennas makes the device compact and space-saving. Unique ‘oblique geometry’ modelling language changes the dull and heavy atmosphere of similar products, making this device distinctive, dynamic and aesthetically appealing. The fresh and elegant white and grey colour scheme perfectly integrates into any modern home environment. With VDSL communication technology, the maximum downlink rate can go up to 55Mbps within a short distance, and the uplink rate can be up to 19.2mbps, or even higher. Through China Telecom's deep reach into the telephone networks of millions of households, a congenital star-shaped network topology is formed. The backbone network takes advantage of China Telecom's optical fibre transmission throughout the country, enjoys 10M/s bandwidth, and information transmission is fast, reliable and safe.
