This free-standing bathtub is cast in one piece from a single mineral material. The stone-like nature and feel of the material convey durability and quality. The basic idea behind the design is one of straight lines. A distinctive feature of the bathtub is the way it opens up in a chalice shape. Despite the thinness of the material, it nonetheless has a wide rim, which invites to step in. The rim itself has a precise outer edge creating a clear separation between the interior and exterior of the bathtub.
