Ultiguard

The robust, waterproof Ultiguard industrial rubber boots have been designed primarily for the complex conditions encountered in mines. Due to the danger of falling debris, the boots worn by miners have to offer both impact protection and waterproofing. In the opinion of the jury, the Ultiguard boots solve the conventional problems of most clunky industrial rubber shoes through “a successful choice of materials and functional efficiency”. Thanks to the puncture-resistant Kevlar midsoles and the protective caps made of aerospace aluminium, the boots are relatively lightweight. To improve visibility, the upper material has been equipped with bright elements and reflective stripes. In addition, the abrasion-resistant outsoles are made of a rubber compound that is slip-resistant, even in oil.
