The Kitchen Wizz Peel & Dice can peel food quickly using a patented peeling disc, as well as cut it into precisely diced 8-mm, 12-mm or 16-mm cubes. The precision-engineered dicing disc slices food first; the slices are then pressed through a 360-degree electropolished stainless steel dicing grid. The dicer is driven by a bespoke geared spindle that reduces the motor speed and increases the torque. The bowl and the lid are made of robust Tritan BPA free copolyester.
