This short film, based on a true story, tells of a young NYPD officer, Adrian Schoolcraft, who secretly recorded audio data which uncovered racial police quotas in his precinct. When this is revealed, the policeman encounters considerable resistance from his superiors, who have him committed to a mental institution in order to silence him. The film covers the course of a single day, which is not presented chronologically, but in flashbacks. Bleak images, which almost seem to be black and white, generate a suspenseful, nightmarish atmosphere.
