The Portal washbasin has been designed particularly for public toilets in hotels, nightclubs and shopping centres. The objective is to combine a mirror, basin and light arc into a design that is functional, aesthetic and inspiring all at the same time. Intentionally created to look almost like a portal, the generously dimensioned mirror is illuminated from all sides and acts as a frame for the expressively curved washbasin. The resulting futuristic ambience is aimed to appeal to the selfie generation, and thus also serves as a marketing tool.
