The new Peloton Bike+ makes it simple to combine various exercise classes and intensities, such as cycling, resistance training and yoga. The screen attached to the home training equipment can pivot 180 degrees to the left and right so that stretching or resistance exercises can be completed on the training mat in between the cycling units. A front-facing, high-fidelity sound system with four speakers enables a strong connection to the instructor, with good, clear sound quality.
