Naoshima

The Naoshima stool experiments with formed plywood. Four identical, curved elements are combined to create the seat. Together with the four wooden legs they form a robust unit. Naoshima is produced in three sizes and is available in natural oak and in different colour combinations. Despite its sturdy construction, this stool has both a light and vibrant feel, due in part to the empty spaces in the lateral sections.
