Museum of Literature Ireland
The new Museum of Literature Ireland (MoLI) in Dublin celebrates the country’s storied tradition, providing an overview of Irish language and literature, while exploring how such a small island has produced so many literary giants. As the main challenge was to create an engaging visitor experience out of the written word, the exhibition design displays MoLI’s collection dynamically alongside media installations that bring the sights and sounds of Irish literature to life – from windswept hills and oral traditions to Dublin’s “dirty” streets and contemporary slang.
