Mo Song
Mo Song is a font trying to recreate traditional calligraphy. The name is a combination of the Chinese word “mo”, which means ink, with the traditional Chinese typeface “song”. When doing calligraphy, the appearance of the characters depends on various factors, such as the amount of ink and the properties of the paper. This allows aesthetically pleasing irregularities to appear in the writing. With this approach toward line creation, the Mo Song font sets new standards in that they acknowledge these imperfections.
