As the Mi Sports Bluetooth Headset Mini is a low-profile product that targets the lower end of the sports headset market, the task was to add an element of fun to its packaging. By using the language of the younger generation, the design employs the symbolism of emojis. Since the headset can also be imagined to be the eyes of an emoji icon, this impression has been integrated into the design, together with the controller that becomes the mouth. With additional decorations and colours, the packaging thus morphs into emoji icons expressing various emotions, making the product much more interesting.
