Manifestation of Memories

Inspired by four sisters’ reminiscence of their mother, this interior design was conceived to express the family memories present in a house. To achieve this, the floor plan is somewhat out of the ordinary. There is a long corridor directly behind the entrance. This hallway leads into a communal space that is surrounded by four rooms. On the first floor, the rooms evoke familiarity: an open-plan kitchen and a living room with a veranda. The wide use of wood in the interior design recalls memories of childhood.
