L3 PARTNER is an appliance timer for hearing-impaired users. It consists of a mainframe and pointer. Users set a timer on the mainframe and place the pointer near or attach it to the appliance. When the time is up, the pointer flashes, and the mainframe notifies the user. It also functions as an alarm clock by using light and vibration.
