The idus webshop is an online platform for handmade goods in South Korea. In the brand mark, the letter “d” is highlighted in colour and shows the contour of a length of wool– a representative metaphor that symbolises the handmade quality and the connection between artists and customers. The new design language and brand identity help the webshop to appeal to customers in a charming manner. As an alternative to today’s retail market full of industrial products geared towards mass production and fast consumption, the idus webshop promotes both an engaging brand experience and personal exchanges with the artisans.
