House of Diversity
The recruiting and employer branding campaign House of Diversity focuses on stories of employees, staged with illustrations by the international artist Signe Kjaer. The illustrations are intended to underline the diverse opportunities for development and demonstrate that employees are at the heart of the “Haus der Barmherzigkeit”. The playout on social media, digital, out-of-home and via various BTL measures resulted in a measurable increase in job applications.
