Weighing a mere 1.8 kg, the FDR D-EVO III digital X-ray detector uses a thin, flexible, TFT-based sensor panel to combine high-quality images with an extremely lightweight design. The magnesium alloy body is very flat, allowing it to be easily slid under the patient for imaging. Particularly impressive is the fact that the smooth, hard-wearing surfaces are easy to clean, and the highly visible LEDs on the imaging side visually communicate the current operating status. “The design of this X-ray detector meets the requirements for mobile use at a very high level,” concluded the jury.
