Online Game
Ernst & Young – The Strengths Factor
Operating on a global level, the accountancy firm Ernst & Young required the development of an online game which would enable the company to find the best possible employees and win them over. One specific requirement was a concept that would raise the company profile and create a buzz amongst graduates. To achieve this, an online platform consisting of a series of puzzle-based games was created to test the graduates’ individual strengths rather than relying solely on their academic qualifications. The games were simple and fun to play, with an eye-catching black and yellow palette, bold typography and iconography. Each graduate’s individual strengths were assessed and their overall score based on the games completed, with their strengths ranked in a league table.
