In accordance with the “seed power” product concept, this packaging design, developed for the Chinese coffee brand metopia, draws attention to the single origin of the coffee beans as a special quality and product feature. The individual pods, made of food-grade plastic and shaped like a single coffee bean, come in different colours to indicate the country of origin of the beans inside. The 16-gram quantity per pack ensures the greatest possible freshness, ease of transport and allows users to make coffee without having to first weigh the beans.
