Manual spraying work on high-rise facades involves high risks for construction workers. This building robot automates the spraying of walls up to a maximum working height of 100 metres and performs the task quickly and precisely. The system consists of three main components: a suspension, the sprayer and the control unit. The robot does not need any devices to be attached to the facade, but moves along the outer wall on controllable rope tracks. Thanks to advanced technology, the work route is determined according to the characteristics of the facade and the obstacles to be manoeuvred around, such as windows and ledges.
