Brinkk Sideboard

Brinkk is a storage solution inspired by the sculptural forms of contemporary architecture. Its originality is derived from its play on the physical. The angular cut seemingly carved from a single block of timber gives a sense of lightness. The effect is to accentuate the negative space as much as the retained form. The minimal nature of the design enhances the clean lines and demonstrates the play of light and shadow, which occurs from the angular slice. The collection consists of multiple variations of sideboards, shelving and other customisable pieces, made of high-end materials, finishing and hardware. Every piece has internal shelving that is customisable to the user's needs. The design could also be translated into wall-mounted versions that give the impression of sideboard floating over the floor. Brinkk remains a fully functional storage solution while retaining its unique sculptural aesthetic.
