UV-VIS spectrophotometers are mainly used to identify or quantify substances by detecting the ultraviolet (UV) and visible (VIS) light that is transmitted through or reflected by samples. With a newly developed ultra-fast scan function, the UV-1900 provides accurate results within a few seconds. The slightly tilted touchscreen enables ergonomic operation, and its user interface features large, highly visible icons so that all functions are visible at a glance.
