“Enduring, not ultimate form”: from “Industrieform” to Red Dot (1980 - 1997)
Touchbottle
Visually impaired individuals often face challenges using smart insulated cups due to reliance on visual cues and touch screens. Touchbottle addresses this with tactile feedback for water level and temperature. Users perceive water level through vibrations and approximate temperature via grooves on a rotating button. This design ensures safe, confident use for visually impaired individuals and extends convenience to all users.
