The junior kitchen knife makes it easy for children of six years and above to learn the right way to handle professional cooking utensils. In order to support intuitive cutting (“sawing motion”) for children and to minimise the strength needed as well as the danger of slipping off, the stainless steel blade has a serrated edge.

The knife features a non-slip, ergonomically designed handle, which is especially suitable for children. The rounded tip of the knife as well as its flexible finger protection provide additional safety.
