The New Rollable TV. GIRO

The GIRO is a revolutionary take on the traditional television display. The GIRO can be placed in any space. Behind the display screen are compartments that accommodate the user’s storage and organisational needs. As such, the GIRO does not always have to be used as a television. When the display is not needed, the blank screen can be rolled back to become a piece of storage furniture that blends in with any surrounding interior. To use the GIRO as a display screen or television again, simply roll the screen back by hand. Inspired by the word 'giro', which originates from the Greek word that means ‘ring’, ‘circle’, or ‘revolution’, the GIRO has various rolling shafts and four pivots to allows it to roll smoothly along the rail.
