Surudoku

Back Download

Inspired by the Japanese tradition of Santoku, this cooking knife is handmade in Germany. It features a strikingly thin blade with a fine-polished blue finish. The use of hardened C100 carbon steel in combination with the hollow ground joint yields an extraordinary sharpness for finest cutting work such as for preparing sushi. The sturdy handles are made of stabilised bog oak and seamlessly blend into the curved shape of the tang.
