The Spice Mill 2in1 provides for effortless grating of hard spices and features an airtight compartment for storing the spices and making sure they stay fresh after grating. The photo-etched, ultra-sharp stainless steel blades cut spices particularly finely and precisely for a full aroma. After filling the spices into the mill, including hard spices such as nutmeg, cinnamon or long pepper, the top needs to be pushed down firmly and then twisted clockwise. The downward pressure controls how much spice is being grated.
