Speed Wing allows to dry salad leaves in a short time and serve them stylishly in its 5-litre bowl. By whizzing them around in the same direction, the salad leaves are dried gently. A cable pull with automatic rewind ensures high speeds while the spinning is stopped at the push of the stop button. An opening in the lid allows easy draining of liquids without the need for lifting the lid.
