The multimode microplate reader SpectraMax iD5 comes with all the relevant optical-sensing measuring technologies built in and can be expanded to include additional laboratory functions. The device uses wireless NFC technology, for example to recall individual user settings. The minimalist design makes the large, user-facing touchscreen the main element. The lifting doors integrate seamlessly into the front, concealing injectors as well as reagents and allowing for an easy filter exchange.
