The SPACETALK Adventurer all-in-one smartphone, which integrates a watch and GPS tracker, has been designed for children from ages five to twelve. The device and app have been developed to keep parents and children safely connected and provide confidence and independence for both sides. There is no access to the Internet or social media. An SOS alert button instantly contacts the guardians with the children’s location in an emergency.
Statement by the Jury
When developing the digital SPACETALK Adventurer interface, the focus was on the children’s best interests, data privacy and protection, which have been implemented in a design that appeals to all age groups.
