Sound Unit

The development of the Sound Unit resulted from the challenge of finding a suitable place in the kitchen for a music system. Sound Unit is an active Bluetooth speaker, conceived as minimalist built-in module. At only 10 cm wide, it is designed to efficiently use up that left over bit of space, whilst still delivering an excellent sound experience. The interface has been reduced to a simple but beautifully machined aluminium touchpad.

Statement by the Jury

The Sound Unit provides high sound quality and, due to its narrow body and minimalist design, fits seamlessly into kitchen units.
