This solid ebony chopping board rises 4 cm above the worktop thanks to its volcanic feet. This brings the advantage that the board’s slightly curved bottom dries faster and is thus protected against mould and mildew. Since the block offers enough space at the bottom, it allows for up to four shallow bowls to be placed under it at the same time. Finely chopped ingredients can thus be swiped hygienically into the bowls.
