Situated on the banks of a river, the Riverside Teahouse merges into its surroundings. Its overall style embraces oriental culture, artfully combining a symmetric use of form with architectural grey surfaces, thus producing a space that seems both free and open, as well as natural and spiritual. Grille and Shoji paper partitions, used to divide the teahouse into separate sections, create a spacious atmosphere.
