The ResMed S+ sleep monitor tracks and analyses sleep patterns using contactless sensor technology. The system records sleep behaviour and data from the bedroom environment to provide personalised feedback, which aims to help improve the quality of sleep and life. The monitor works in conjunction with a free app, which can be downloaded to a smartphone or tablet.
