PEA-X1/PER-X1

Both the PEA-X1, which is intended for use in powder coating lines, and the PER-X1, for robot-based manufacturing environments, are modular in design. Both powder guns can be equipped with a variety of nozzles and accessories and boast a high level of application efficiency, enabling top-quality results. The two powder guns can be used in both single-colour and colour-change systems. For this purpose, both the guns themselves and the associated nozzles have been optimised in terms of their colour-change and cleaning capabilities. The streamlined design provides minimal surfaces for powder build-up, ensuring a more stable production process. According to the jury, the PEA-X1 and PER-X1 offer “a high standard of flexibility and efficiency”.
