With “On the dot”, the same day courier network CitySprint aims to offer a highly convenient, intelligent delivery service with a flexible time window for deliveries, enabling customers to get their ordered products delivered 24/7 anytime anywhere with real-time tracking. The platform allows users to schedule deliveries from nearby stores within a one-hour window of their choice. The empathy-driven design approach ensures that the focus is on the users’ convenience, giving them the option to alter their delivery window even after the booking has already been completed.
