In comparison to previous models, it consumes 40 per cent less power. This model’s NAND flash memory provides heightened flexibility and can be extended to 60 TB during running operation. For this purpose, memory cards in the sizes 0.25, 0.5 and 1 TB are available. The high-speed platform NPEngine supports industry-standard formats while offering an open control interface. In this way, large data files such as HD images and videos can be efficiently transmitted at high speeds. Thanks to its compact, symmetrical form, the components can be rack-mounted, rendering the impression of a green server.
