MINTIT
MINTIT UX is a kiosk-based phone diagnosis and self-purchase service. The normal process of selling used mobile phones is typically based on face-to-face meeting and negotiation. However, since people normally don’t know the exact value and price of their mobile phone, frustration often arises during this selling process due to different evaluations. To address this issue, MINTIT focuses on easily accessible UX to improve the selling process by providing a self-diagnosis and pricing system. The mint-coloured GUI fosters a friendly mood. An easier diagnostic process enhances usability. The used phones sold through MINTIT are thus reborn as a new product or recycled in order to reduce resource wasting. It is a project that brings social innovation and makes social contributions.
