The MacBook is a notebook with a thickness of 2.75 cm, which is available in black or white. The casing is made of polycarbonate and conveys an impression of durability. The rounded edges make the device easy and pleasant to use. The sunken keyboard design takes up the shape of the casing with its rounded edges. The same applies to the keys and the touchpad. The ergonomics of the MacBook is optimised by details such as opening for the fan on the back and interfaces located on the left. The integrated iSight camera can be used for video conferencing and video recording and to take snapshots. Once the MacBook is plugged into a power outlet, the MagSafe connection creates a magnetic link, which can easily be disconnected.
