All pans have a multi-cooker “cookstar” base which effectively transfers the energy by induction and with all other types of cookers. The rounded transition from pan base to pan wall is shaped suitably for a cooking spoon and ensures that no remnants stick to the pan. Easy cooking is assured by the “condensate-plus” function of the stainless steel lid: when boiling, the lid returns the steam created back into the pan contents.
