Low Pressure Vacuum Cooker
This colourful low pressure vacuum cooker was developed with the aim to increase the pleasure of cooking. The low pressure in the cooker allows the preparation of food in a short time while preserving vitamins and saving energy. Once heated, the steam valve continuously reduces the pressure, allowing users to safely check the cooking status. When the cooker reaches vacuum status, the food should rest well for ten minutes in order to deepen the aroma and flavour before the lid is opened.
