The Liantek Vacuum Blender uses vacuum technology which evacuates 80 percent of the air. By this means, oxidation of foods when blending is minimised, so that healthy and nutritious food and drinks can be prepared. The base, where the powerful motor is located, is conical in form and provides great efficiency and stability at every speed. Operation is uncomplicated via a rotary knob and two buttons.
