Considering that selling spectacles online faces different challenges than customer service offline does, the relaunch of the e-commerce site of the German eyewear brand focused on a resharpening of the online brand appearance, an intuitive customer journey, an exciting user experience and a clear communication of medical details. The web shop represents the product range on a large scale and digitalises the consulting competence of the company. Each customer can try on, customise and order his or her individual glasses via “virtual try-on” and the “glasses configurator” on the website.
